The Suika Game (Watermelon Game) is deceptively addictive. Two matching fruits merge into the next in the evolution chain: Cherry → Strawberry → Grape → Dekopon → Persimmon → Apple → Pear → Peach → Pineapple → Melon → Watermelon.
Always try to keep larger fruits at the bottom of the container. Small fruits should stay on top where there's room to maneuver. If a big fruit ends up on top, it blocks everything.
Advanced players build their "pyramid" of big fruits on one side of the container (left or right), leaving the other side for small fruits and combos. Don't center big fruits — that splits the useful space.
The key to high scores isn't merging one at a time, but creating situations where one merge triggers another. Place two almost-complete pairs on top of each other: when the first merges, the resulting fruit falls and completes the second pair.
Don't despair if you get many cherries or strawberries in a row. Accumulate them on one side and wait. Eventually they'll chain-merge and free up space all at once.
