“I Miss Mr Magic” – A Rockstar RIP Dedication to a True Radio Pioneer

We here at Rockstar were tremendously saddened to hear of the loss of the legendary DJ Mr Magic – the first ever rap radio DJ . 

Those of us “superlisteners”, “fly girls and fly guys, troopers and troopettes” that grew up with the genre in NYC in the 80’s will forever remember those late nights tuning in to hear Magic drop his “super super blast blast” world premieres.
